My journey into art

I loved art from a young age.  But, It wasn't until after my children became adults that I picked up a paint brush again and got lost in art.   An escape to a world of my own making. Time slips away as I recreate beautiful places and special memories. I hope to be able to capture a moment with just the right shade or shape to share a special part of my life with you.

The unique folk art impressionist vibe

I do not follow a prescribed method and often do not have a plan when I start to create. I'm a mostly self taught artist and use a variety of mediums.  I love to experiment with color.   This allows each piece to develop organically, resulting in a distinct folk art, impressionist vibe that captures the essence of nature with bright, captivating colors.

Experience joy through art

I hope the chosen piece of art makes you smile every time you look at it. My greatest joy is knowing that my creations bring warmth, color, and happiness into your home and everyday life. Each painting is a piece of my heart, shared with you.  Thank you, Stephanie
